Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

  • Karachi Delivery: Delivered Next Day after dispatch.

  • Other Cities in Pakistan: Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 working days.

  • Delayed Parcels: In rare cases of extreme weather, courier delays, or peak festive seasons, delivery may take up to 6 working days.

Inspection Policy (Open Parcel)

  • We offer a First Check, Then Pay service.

  • You are allowed to open and inspect your parcel at the time of delivery before handing over the payment to the courier rider.

Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on specific promotional campaigns or minimum order amounts.
